Radisson Roe Park are an established and authorised retailer of golf and spa products and always try to ensure an excellent customer service.
Radisson Blu Roe Park Resort complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations, our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt. The Radisson Blu Roe Park returns policy allows 21 days.
Card Payments, Security and Privacy
We accept most major credit cards and for off-line purchases will accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, Bank Drafts and Bank transfers. Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Radisson Blu Roe Park Resort must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling.
We can assure you that all your information is kept safe and secure, from your on-line shopping basket to the goods arriving at your front door. A secure SSL encryption protects all your details during the shopping process and we do not pass on or use them with any third parties, companies and marketing organisations. All the details required are needed for no other reason than to fully process your order.
For remote addresses and international orders, your telephone number may be forwarded on to our couriers, to ensure receipt of your goods.
We update our stock daily and if an item is out of stock it will be displayed as such on the site. If there is a problem with availability we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being made, in which case you have a choice of waiting until it is in stock. In any case, orders are not processed unless we have the item in stock.

If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us. We will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as it is with its original packaging, receipt and the product itself unused or unworn. We cannot refund postage. Our returns policy is flexible but we ask that items being returned are done so within 21 days of receipt and accompanied with a letter explaining the reason for the return, and the position of the fault. Remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email us with any queries about all of our products. Custom Fit orders cannot be returned unless faulty as these items are made to your exact specifications and requirements.
All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty, which will cover the product for faults and defects. This period of cover can vary, most items will be 1 year, but it is worth remembering that warranties do not cover general wear and tear. If you have an issue with a product purchased from Radisson Blu Roe Park Resort contact us first. Returned items with a warranty or repair issue should be clean and you will have to cover the postage cost back to Radisson Blu Roe Park Resort.
