Award-winning and nationally renowned chef Emma Gormley, has been based at the Roe Park Resort for 12 years, helping secure an AA Rosette and Taste of Ulster award for the hotel's restaurants.
 
Emma is fanatical about using only the freshest locally-sourced produce, and it is this passion for local suppliers coupled with the highest culinary standards that have won her, and our restaurants, such loyal customers and critical praise.
 
Occasionally referred to as the “Gordon Ramsey” of Northern Ireland restaurant chefs, Emma is the driving force that makes both Greens fine dining restaurant and The Coach House Brasserie two of the best restaurants in Limavady, in County Derry and in the whole of Northern Ireland.
