The Roe Park Resort Launches New Menu

The Roe Park Resort, Limavady has launched a new summer menu at Greens Restaurant introducing seasonal dishes to the popular eatery in the heart of the North Coast.

The new menu will comprise of a selection of classic Summer courses alongside an array of local delights with the majority of ingredients sourced locally. The Taste of Ulster accredited restaurant has recently appointed a new Executive Head Chef, Frank Kivlehan to oversee quality, service and menu design at the Roe Park Resort.

Frank Kivlehan has over 25 years’ experience, starting his career at fine dining restaurant Browns in Londonderry and received the majority of his training from the owner Ivan Taylor. Frank Kivlehan, Head Chef, The Roe Park Resort said: “At the Roe Park Resort we place a strong emphasis on exceeding customer expectations and incorporating the most recent food trends on our menu. It is important that our menu offers diners the finest quality of food available and take advantage of the excellent quality of local produce right here on our doorstep. “I have always been passionate when it comes to menu design and I hope this passion will shine through on our newest seasonal menu. The Roe Park Resort sources ingredients from local suppliers including McAtamney Butchers, Marshall Howe Fruit and Veg and Braemar Farm Ice Cream.
