Greens Restaurant at The Roe Park Resort received a top accolade at the 2016 Good Eating Guide Restaurant Awards being named ‘Best Restaurant in Ulster’.
The Restaurant fought off illustrious competition from across the province to claim the prize at the awards ceremony held at the Conrad Hotel in Dublin. The title is the latest in a run of top awards achieved by the resort, including ‘Best Spa in Northern Ireland’ at the 2015 Good Spa Guide Awards and ‘Best Golf Resort in Ulster’ at the 2016 Golfer’s Guide to Ireland Awards.
Organised by the publishers of the Good Eating Guide to Ireland, the annual ‘Good Eating Guide Awards’ recognise restaurants, cafés, gastro pubs and hotels, whose ‘accomplishments in the last year have driven progression in the industry and demonstrated that all food can be made delicious, ethical and sustainable.’ The winners are chosen based on a vote from their peers in the restaurant industry.
