The Spa at Roe Park Resort has been crowned ‘Northern Ireland Spa of the Year’ at the Professional Beauty Regional Awards 2016.
Roe Park Resort held off competition from across Northern Ireland to scoop the title at a special awards ceremony held in Manchester. The final decision was made by a panel of judges who independently reviewed each of the nominated Spas.
Roe Park Resort will now proceed to the national finals in February 2017, where it will compete against other top Spas from across the UK.
The Spa at Roe Park Resort was launched in 2007 and employs 20 staff, offering a range of relaxation treatments and beauty therapies with 12 treatment areas, sauna, steam suite, heated pool and gymnasium.
This accolade is the latest of a string of awards picked up by the four star resort, which was named ‘Best Spa in Northern Ireland’ at the Good Spa Guide Awards in November last year.
Terry Kelly, Golf and Spa Manager at the Roe Park Resort said:
“The Spa at Roe Park Resort is celebrating 10 years in business, and what better way to mark the occasion than securing such a prestigious award - we are delighted to have won this coveted title.
We are very proud of our Spa offering here at Roe Park Resort and I am pleased to say that our customer feedback consistently recommends us for the quality of our treatments and customer care. This award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our Spa team, and is a resounding endorsement for our business. We very much look forward to attending the national finals next year.”
Mark Moloney, Managing Director of Professional Beauty comments, “The British beauty industry is world renowned. To be a winner is a huge achievement and the judges said this category was full of outstanding spas, making it a particularly tough one to judge. We salute Roe Park Resort in their success and wish them all the best for the national finals.”
