Care Policy

We have always taken our standards of hygiene and cleanliness seriously and now more than ever this is a priority for our guests and team. We are following all the necessary guidelines to ensure our guests enjoy a safe and relaxed stay with us. We have introduced new hygiene and safety protocols, that will be visible to our guests throughout their stay. However rest assured all the traditions and rituals that make a stay at Roe Park Resort so memorable, remain in place.

The resort has reopened with a host of new additions to help our guests relax and unwind in comfort. 

Our Executive Head has created a mouth-watering new menu of dishes inspired by the quality, fresh produce available on our doorstep. Our new Courtyard Restaurant serving dinner, afternoon tea and Sunday Lunch is the perfect relaxed and spacious setting for a romantic meal or that long-awaited family celebration.
 The Coach House Brasserie is also open daily 12noon - 10:00pm.

We have also added to our self-catering accommodation with The Cottage now available for bookings. The Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms and has a full kitchen and living area, giving you the flexibility and privacy to enjoy a short break at your pace. For larger parties, our second self-catering property, The Lodge sleeps up to 11 guests in 4 double rooms and 1 triple room, all en-suite.

With spacious lounges, luxurious new self-catering options, and acres of woodland to explore in the nearby Roe Valley Country Park, we are well equipped for our guests to enjoy a safe and relaxing stay with us.

Good to Go

  • With the exception of a handshake, a warm smile and welcome still awaits you to the Resort
  • Social distancing guidelines and floor markings are on display throughout the Resort to guide you safely
  • Bedroom key cards are sanitised after each stay
  • Cashless payment is preferred throughout the Resort
  • Our contactless payment amount has been increased to £45.00
  • E-mail receipts will be encouraged
  • Pre booking for breakfast, lunch and dinner prior to arrival is essential, to allow us to manage the volume of guests and staff within the restaurant and to ensure social distancing
  • Face coverings are required in public areas unless you are sitting or dining 
  • Our housekeeping team will be wearing all the recommended PPE whilst servicing rooms
  • Certain high touch items have been removed from rooms such as magazines and books
  • Guests will be advised to contact reception by telephone for any matters to reduce contact
  • Guest Information Directory can be accessed via a QR code in your room
  • An unbroken cleanliness seal will be added to room doors to indicate the above steps have been completed by our housekeeping team
  • Public spaces and high touch points such as handrails, elevator buttons, doorknobs are sanitised continuously during the day
  • Sanitising stations are available in all public areas for guest use
  • Seating has been revised in all public spaces to promote social distancing
  • Tables and chairs in public spaces are sanitised thoroughly after each guest use
  • Face coverings are required in public areas unless you are sitting or dining

  • Pre booking for breakfast, lunch and dinner prior to arrival is essential, to allow us to manage the volume of guests and staff within the restaurant and to ensure social distancing. This also includes bookings for Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Tea.

  • The Coach House Brasserie is open daily for Lunch and Dinner

  • Tables and chairs are sanitised thoroughly after each guest use
  • The Spa at Roe Park including the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym is now open. 
  • The pool is open to hotel guests and members only

  • The course is currently opened for all members and visitors with all tee times reserved prior to arrival
  • Arrive at the course no more than 15 mins before your reserved tee time
  • All golfers must check in with the Pro Shop
  • Golfers are directed to leave the pin in the cup at all times and to avoid touching same
  • Observe physical distancing at all times on the course
  • Do not enter the next teeing ground until the all members of the group in front have played their tee-shots and exited the teeing ground
  • Do not exchange or share equipment
  • Do not pick up another player’s equipment or golf ball
  • Club personnel will be on hand to monitor adherence with physical distancing protocols
  • A full list of the protocols can be obtained directly from the hotel 
  • Please adhere to all social distancing guidelines
    • O’Cahans Bar will provide table service only when ordering from the lobby service menu
    • Seating has been revised to promote social distancing
    • There will be live music every Friday and Saturday evening in the lobby.
