Causeway Coast Amateur Golf Tournament
The Causeway Coast Golf Competition is forty-six years old. It is has always been sponsored by a drinks company and has been known as the Remy Martin and the Black Bush (as in Bushmills Whiskey) and the Tullamore Dew. The format has never changed. Played over Royal Portrush (Valley course, the home of 2011 US open winner Graeme McDowell and also 2011 British Open winner Darren Clarke), Castlerock, Ballyliffin and Ballycastle. The competitor plays four out of five days from Monday to Friday starting the first Monday in June.
