FULL-TIME BRASSERIE HEAD CHEF (Coach House) 

Successful candidates must have:

ESSENTIAL

2 years previous experience in a similar position
Experience managing a kitchen, assisting with ordering, controlling stock and ideally have some experience writing rosters
Level 2 Food Hygiene
Ability to supervise staff in a competent manner
Able to work in a high-volume environment
Can communicate clearly and have a professional manner
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and food standard requirements
Have the ability to delegate various tasks to the kitchen team
Must be able to lead a team of varied skilled chefs
Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressurized environment
Be able to prioritise work load
Be able to fulfil contracted hours and work patterns

DESIRABLE

Level 3 Food Hygiene

CASUAL FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANTS 

(COACH HOUSE BRASSERIE)


Successful candidates must have:

Essential:
o Must be available to work lunch-time shifts (12noon – 4.00pm) and other shifts as required
o Good customer care and communication skills
o Be well motivated, conscientious and able to work on own initiative

Desirable:
o Have 1 year’s previous experience in a public facing position

Successful candidates must be/have:

Essential:

o At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position
o Have previous experience working with large volumes
o A willingness to learn and develop their own career
o Must be able to prioritise workload of set section in kitchen
o Ability to produce good quality cuisine without close supervision
o Be able to work and support Executive Head Chef/Sous Chef
o Be completely flexible with working hours

Desirable:

o NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation or equivalent
o Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
o Be able to menu plan
